Welcome to Folkhearth.com. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within our policy below. Our goal is to make the process simple and hassle-free.

🕒 1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. No questions asked—just contact us to get started.

To start, email us at service@folkhearth.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

📦 2. Return Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returned items that are damaged, used, or incomplete cannot be refunded. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for free returns (except in cases of international shipping or final sale items). If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective), we'll cover all costs.

Once approved, we'll send you a return address via email.

💳 3. Refunds After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we'll email you confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. This includes the item price and original shipping costs (for standard returns).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

🔄 4. Exchanges We offer easy exchanges for a different size or color. Email us your request, and we'll send a prepaid label. Once we receive your return, we'll ship your new item at no extra cost (as long as it's in stock). If it's out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.

  • Swimwear, lingerie, or undergarments (even if unworn).
  • Final sale or promotional items (marked as "sale" or "final").
